Jalagam Session: Hyderabad In collaboration with DCB Bank, and NIRDPR as a knowledge partner, the S M Sehgal Foundation team organized the third workshop in the Jalagam series, focusing on capacity building and experience sharing, held in Hyderabad, Telangana, on January 23, 2024. Project Parivartan Advancements S M Sehgal Foundation hosted an exhibition and project-sharing event in Shergarh, Chata blocks of Mathura, focused on agricultural advancements under Project Parivartan. Attendees included Mr. Abhishek Samadhiya, CSR project manager, HDFC; Mr. N.P. Singh, program lead; Mr. Ashutosh Singh, assistant program lead, S M Sehgal Foundation; the Gram Vikas Samiti and village heads from all fifteen villages, beneficiaries, and staff from the Sehgal Foundation. The event featured the use of modern methods to increase income, project sustainability, beneficiary issues, and intervention interaction.

Welcoming the I.A.S. Trainee Officers Twenty dynamic trainee officers visited the S M Sehgal Foundation office in Gurugram, engaging with the foundation team, then visited intervention villages in Nuh district, Haryana, to see the rural interventions.
The insightful visit facilitated through the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, is a crucial component of their Bharat Darshan under the I.A.S. Training curriculum. Visitors explored various facets of rural development, from water initiatives to agricultural transformations and school improvements.

Iowa Students Visit S M Sehgal Foundation A group of students from Purdue University and the University of Iowa recently visited the Government Senior Secondary School in Mahuakhurd, Alwar, that underwent a remarkable transformation as part of the Transform Lives one school at a time program of S M Sehgal Foundation. Visitors expressed delight upon witnessing the positive changes, particularly praising the digital library implementation and the school's overall transformation efforts. The group also visited the Community Radio Connect and recorded a program focusing on water conservation.
